Andrea Cupper

I started my career in London working as an administrator for an advertising agency.  I then became the proprietor of a small nightclub which hosted a variety of music genres in addition to hosting live music, which was great fun.  From here I worked within the marketing and public relations sector working with a selection of prestigious clients to promote their products through national and international events.

I had a career change in 2002 and worked within the SEND department at an FE College, working closely with learners with learning disabilities and difficulties.  Over the years, I gained more responsibility liaising with external stakeholders and local authorities. I launched a supported internship program to provide SEND learners with the workplace skills necessary to support their transition into adulthood and paid employment.  This is my passion and my focus moving forward.

Lisa Talbot

I first started my career in 1993 as a training consultant within a large automotive company, delivering basic skills, ICT, and systems training.  I also delivered psychometric training and was a fully trained psychometric tester.

In 2009 I had a career change and moved into FE education teaching alternative provision, NEET and SEND.   I have a vast knowledge of vocational curriculum being the lead IV and part of the IQA team.

My career path then moved into management where I operated and expanded the SEND department, which included the modernisation and design of the entire SEND facility to include specialist facilities such as a multi-sensory room and specialised adapted kitchen.   Developing the SEND department and Supported Internship is very close to my heart and I strive to create the highest standard for all SEND learners.
