Our Placements
TALPER Supported Internships are for learners that have reached their ceiling in education or for learners that simply want to get out to work and start to learn workplace skills to support their transition into adulthood and future paid employment whilst being supported by a job coach. Work placements serve as invaluable opportunities for our learners, equipping them with transferable and marketable workplace skills. Additionally, they serve to highlight to employers the considerable value our learners bring to the workplace
Within our program, we offer a diverse array of placements spanning retail, hospitality, motor vehicle, leisure and childcare sectors. These placements offer our learners the opportunity to immerse themselves in real-world working environments, facilitating the development of practical skills crucial for professional success. Supported by dedicated job coaches, participants cultivate essential competencies such as planning a journey, effective time management, teamwork, and adherence to instructions.
